Central Ohio Urology Group is pleased to announce that Max S. Yudovich, M.D., has joined its care team. Dr. Yudovich is returning home to serve the Columbus community and provides the full spectrum of general urology care for men and women, with a particular focus on minimally invasive urologic surgery.

After growing up in the Columbus area, Dr. Yudovich earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and biochemistry. He went on to receive his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, also graduating summa cum laude. Dr. Yudovich completed his residency in Urologic Surgery at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He received numerous honors and awards, including the OSU College of Medicine Dean’s Scholarship and Outstanding Academic Scholarship, and the Highest In-Service Exam Award, for achieving the highest ISE percentile score in his residency program each year.
A prolific researcher and author, Dr. Yudovich has published extensively in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals. His research achievements were recognized with the Excellence in Research Award from the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Yudovich has completed advanced training and earned certifications in Altaviva, Aquablation, Axonics Sacral Neuromodulation, HIFU and Rezūm technologies. In addition to his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, his professional interests include robotic upper urinary tract reconstruction, general urology, and the application of artificial intelligence in urologic practice. Outside of medicine, Dr. Yudovich enjoys Ohio State football, Columbus Blue Jackets hockey, swimming and staying connected to the Columbus community. Dr. Yudovich is fluent in English and Russian.

After finishing my residency in urologic surgery, it only made sense to me to come back to my home in Ohio.
