Job application FAQs

I applied for an opportunity. Now what?

We are so excited that you decided to apply to our team! Once your application is submitted, our recruiter will review your application and resume. You will hear from us either by phone or email letting you know if we are interested in setting up an interview. From there, if we feel the role is a good match, your recruiter will communicate next steps in our hiring process.

How can I check on my application status?

To find the best candidates, we use numerous recruiting platforms, such as our website and Indeed. We advise that you check back on the medium you used for your application to receive any and all application updates.

What is the interview process?

Our interview process does vary by position and department; however, the first step is to complete a brief phone screen with our recruiter. If we would like to move forward with the application following the phone screen, we will get in touch with you for an interview with the departmental manager.

Does COUG hire for summer or seasonal jobs?

While these positions are not as common, we may do so on occasion. Please continue checking our website for open positions!
