We are pleased to participate with most insurance plans; however, we know health plans frequently change. Below is a list of more common insurances we accept. PLEASE NOTE that this list is not all-inclusive.
If we can be of assistance, please contact the Central Ohio Urology Group to confirm participation.
If your plan is not included, please contact your insurance company at the number listed on the back of your insurance card for verification of participation. We also encourage you to ask about in-network providers for your best benefit.
Please bring your insurance card to your appointment so that we can make a copy. If you are an existing patient, it is important that we have the most current copy of your insurance card.

If you are being seen under a Workers’ Compensation claim, it is important that we have your claim number, date of injury, employer at the time of injury, and all conditions. In addition, we will also need written authorization from your Managed Care Organization (MCO), or your employer, prior to your appointment. If you cannot provide this information by your appointment date, please call our office as soon as possible.
