COUG Reopens Our Offices and Continues Telehealth Appointments

 In Press Releases

To Our Patients:

Central Ohio Urology Group (COUG) continues our commitment to protecting the health and well-being of our employees and patients. We continue to take the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very seriously, and want to update you on recent updates aligned with the Governor’s latest announcements.

We are following required conditions to reopen our offices as follows:

  • Requiring face coverings for staff and patients (PLEASE WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.)
  • Conducting daily health assessments of staff
  • Maintaining good hygiene
  • Cleaning and sanitizing workstations throughout the day
  • Limiting capacity to maintain social distancing (IN  MOST CASES, ONLY THE PATIENT WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING.)

Our patients currently scheduled are welcome to complete their visit unless they decide to postpone. The surgery center will open to all cases effective Monday, May 4.  Satellite offices will open when practical to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff.

We want to thank our patients for working with us during these unprecedented times. Offering Telehealth Appointments has been, and continues to be, a great option for your care.  We are pleased to now take the next steps towards normal operations.

COUG would also like to thank our staff members who have worked hard both behind the scenes and with our patients to continue to provide the highest quality urological care, delivered with passion.
