The offices are open weekdays to receive phone calls and to schedule appointments. Patients are seen by appointment only. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the appointment schedule and/or to contact you when we know your doctor is going to be late. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
*Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a patient registration form. This information is used to record your health history, for identification (we have quite a few patients with the same or similar names), and for insurance and billing purposes. This information is kept confidential.

After filling out the registration form, the medical assistant or nurse will take you to the examination room where she will explain how to prepare for your examination.

Finally, the doctor will perform the examination and/or treatment/procedure.
